"Human rights are under pressure worldwide!" Wilfried Marxer, President of the Association for Human Rights, notes with concern with regard to authoritarian regimes, armed conflicts and restrictions on freedom of expression. This is precisely why human rights must be resolutely protected, strengthened and made visible. Against this backdrop, the Association for Human Rights (VMR) looked back on an intensive eighth year for the association at yesterday's general meeting. Benedikt Pirker, professor of international law at the University of Fribourg, was newly appointed to the board.

24-hour care advertising campaign

Together with LANV and infra, the VMR is launching a four-week advertising campaign in the Liechtensteiner Vaterland on the subject of 24-hour care at home. They are using four examples to draw attention to the increasing number of cases that are being received via the jointly operated Careforum.li website.
