Purposes of processing
The processing of personal data on our website is limited to the data required to provide a technically error-free display and to optimize our website.
If you send us inquiries via the complaint form and member form , your details from the aforementioned forms, including the contact details you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions.

a) The processing of personal data in connection with our website is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interests in ensuring the stability and operational security of the system.
b) The processing of personal data in connection with the complaint form and member form is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 let. b GDPR (contract or pre-contractual measures).
Cookies
We use session cookies on our website to make our offering more user-friendly. Cookies are small files that your browser automatically creates and that are stored on your end device (laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.) when you visit our website.
