In the run-up to Human Rights Day in November, the Association for Human Rights in Liechtenstein (VMR) and Podcasthus.li will be holding talks on the topic of freedom of expression and the right to information on Wednesdays. The event will conclude on Human Rights Day, December 10, at the SAL in Schaan.

🎙️ "Freedom, Facts, Fakes" | Episode 1 with Patrik Schädler:

"Transparent information is not a luxury, it is a prerequisite for participation". With this principle, Podcasthus.li, together with the Association for Human Rights in Liechtenstein (VMR), is launching a series on Human Rights Day 2025 on the topic of freedom of expression and the right to information. In episode 1, Andreas Krättli talks to Patrik Schädler. This is his first in-depth interview after his time as editor-in-chief at the Liechtensteiner Vaterland. He is now Head of Communications & Marketing at the University of Liechtenstein. The conversation revolves around freedom of expression, the right to information, the culture of letters to the editor, comment columns and the question of how the state and media prepare information in such a way that it really gets across.
