Implementation of the legal mandate in accordance with Art. 4 and 5 VMRG

The Law on the Association for Human Rights lays the foundation for a broad commitment to the protection and promotion of human rights. The VMR makes every effort to implement this mandate and to support all people in Liechtenstein in leading a life of dignity and equality. Our commitment 2024 at a glance:

  8. Recommendation to the government on the implementation of a silent and barrier-free emergency call system
  9. Recommendation to the government to examine the rehabilitation of homosexuals prosecuted under criminal law
  10. Recommendation to the government on the outsourcing of parental leave from the health insurance funds to the family compensation fund
  11. Opinion with recommendations on the state psychiatry concept of 7.5.2024 with regard to closing gaps in outpatient, day-care and inpatient care for children and adolescents
